Opis posla
As our business and operations continue to evolve, with a growing international footprint and an expanding user base, we’re looking to expand our Controlling & Treasury team with a Treasury & Liquidity Management Specialist. In this role, you’ll manage liquidity, maintain relationships with banking partners, and support treasury operations and financial reporting across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing entity and group liquidity
- Acting as the main point of contact for external banking partners and building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions
- Managing treasury operations and liquidity buffer calculations
- Managing the institution's safeguarding processes
- Monitoring and managing foreign exchange (FX) risk exposure
- Preparing liquidity and treasury reports
- Compiling and delivering other regular and ad-hoc reports related to treasury
- Work closely with commercial departments, developing financial models and analysis to support key initiatives
- Support other analytic and reporting functions, such as regulatory reporting and similar

Qualifications you bring:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably within banking, insurance, or other financial institutions
- Knowledge of broad financial industry with emphasis on banking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced FinTech environment
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in both Croatian and English, written and spoken
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a high level of ownership and accountability
