BIM Coordinator (m/f)

At Digital Construction Technologies Group d.o.o., we transform project data into accurate, well-coordinated BIM models that support construction and as-built delivery. As part of the international DCT Group, you’ll work on international, multi-disciplinary projects, leading BIM coordination across disciplines, managing clashes, and ensuring smooth project workflows. We are expanding our team and looking for a BIM Coordinator with a civil or MEP background who focuses on model coordination, cross-discipline collaboration, and overall BIM process quality. Roles and responsibilities: - Coordinate M&E services layouts with other disciplines in a BIM environment - Identify, manage, and resolve coordination issues early in the process - Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) - Produce high-quality 2D drawings from Revit / CAD models - Produce designs, working drawings, schedules, forms, and records - Support construction and as-built documentation workflows - Set up Revit projects in line with project and company standards - Create and maintain Revit Families as required - Provide regular reporting on workload, progress, and issues

Digitalne vještine: Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto Jezik: Fluent in Croatian and English (C1), with strong written and verbal skills. Qualifications: - Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant field - Understanding and application of BIM methodology across all project phases Requirements: - Strong practical experience with BIM tools: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revizto, Bluebeam, Synchro 4D - Ability to produce accurate 2D drawings/plans from Revit/CAD models - Ability to read and understand MEP diagrams and schematics - Experience coordinating MEP installations with other disciplines - Experience producing progress reports and preparing technical documentation for Design, Construction, and As-Built stages - Knowledge of MEP installations and previous experience in a similar engineering/BIM environment - Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach - Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams within given deadlines - Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Autodesk AEC suite
