Marketing assistant (m/f)

We're on the hunt for a talented marketing assistant to join our squad in Zagreb. As an important player on our marketing team, you'll be responsible for keeping our online presence on point, and supporting our marketing moves. Your day will be filled with: - Updating our websites in both Croatian and English - Crafting engaging newsletters using Mailerlite (get ready to send those emails flying!) - Assisting our Marketing Manager and Content Creator (we're all about teamwork!) - Helping with planning and coordinating events in Croatia and the SEE region (conferences, team-building activities, and more)

Minimum qualifications: - Being passionate about creating social media magic - Having experience in managing a large database of followers - Being a Canva enthusiast - Having a basic understanding of Meta Business Suite Manager - Having a Bachelor's degree - Having top-notch English skills (written and verbal) - Having the basics down with MS Office Bonus points for: - Getting your foot in the door with some work experience - Being a WordPress wizard - Having a knack for writing that sells (copywriting) - Being a pro at sending out newsletters and email campaigns - Having a valid driver's license (B category) Ideal candidate is: - All about growth and open to new learnings with a positive attitude - Self-motivated and able to learn independently, while also crushing it as part of a team - Down to some travel and explore new places If you're a team player who can communicate like a pro, with a passion for content creation, and some experience with WordPress and Mailerlite, we'd love to hear from you!
