We’re excited to announce that our Risk monitoring team is expanding! We’re looking for driven, detail-oriented professional to join us as Payments and Dispute resolution Specialist. Key Responsibilities: - Review customer claims and resolve disputes by conducting thorough investigations - Manage chargeback and dispute resolution - Work with banks, processors, and other financial institutions to resolve disputes and payment processing issues - Oversee transaction processing – ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently - Manage, analyse and report dispute and chargeback rates, success rates, and resolution timelines - Continuously review, manage and lead projects to improve transaction processing workflows - Work with internal teams and external parties to optimize payments and processes - Maintain compliance with financial regulations, company policies and industry standards

Qualifications you bring: - Have experience in payment operations, processing, dispute resolution, chargeback or related activities - A completed university degree in a relevant field - Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities - Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English - High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – you have no problem analysing and structuring the data in an understandable and presentable way - Ability to take ownership of tasks, identify issues early, and prioritize work efficiently - Strong focus on teamwork, knowledge sharing and contributing to collective goals
