The job:
- To develop the existing sales & marketing strategies in the sales region & implement new ones
- To lead & motivate the local team of 10+, including field sales, administration & installation/repair service, P&L responsibility
- To boost turnover & increase sales with special focus with clients in the tourism business, in the coast line
- To participate the quarterly sales meeting in Austria, to plan & elaborate sales targets. Activities in coordination with the group’s targets
- To set long & short terms targets/ KPI’s for the sales team, to follow their fulfilment consequently and transparently, to perform monthly control of the sales results, margin management
- New client acquisition, managing price negotiations with Key Accounts
- In depth analysis of the local sunblind market’s players
- To cooperate with the departments of the Head Office – product management, marketing, sales controlling
