Join SumUp and help businesses grow with innovative payment solutions while building your own business as an independent sales partner. As an Independent Field Sales Consultant, you will help merchants modernize their businesses by introducing SumUp's innovative payment solutions.
You'll have the freedom to organize your own schedule, manage your own territory, and build a sustainable customer portfolio while benefiting from an attractive performance-based compensation model.
What you will do:
- Acquire new merchants through field sales and cold prospecting
- Build long-term relationships with local businesses
- Present SumUp's products and services to merchants
- Manage your own sales pipeline and customer portfolio
- Organize your territory independently to maximize your success
- Represent SumUp professionally in your local market

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales or direct sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable approaching new customers through cold acquisition
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your region
- You have—or are willing to register—your own company or sole proprietorship (obrt) in Croatia.
- Motivation to build your own business while representing one of Europe's leading fintech companies
