At people+, we are supporting our client in the search for a Store Manager to join their team in Zagreb, Croatia. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the launch of the first Victoria's Secret store in Croatia and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while leading a high-performing retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be driving commercial performance, leading and developing the store team, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for motivating your team, achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for every customer. Key responsibilities: - Support the achievement of sales targets and key retail KPIs - Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding performance and customer service - Ensure excellent day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor store performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans - Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store employees - Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation - Oversee stock management and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product availability - Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture - Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Victoria's Secret's global brand standards

What we're looking for: - Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or in a similar leadership role within retail - Experience managing and developing retail teams in a fast-paced environment - Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities - Experience in fashion, apparel, beauty, or other high-volume retail environments is highly preferred - Good command of English and Croatian - Proficiency in MS Office If you're passionate about retail leadership and customer experience and are ready to be part of the launch of the first Victoria's Secret store in Croatia, we'd love to hear from you.
