Do you have a strong curiosity about energy systems and want to kickstart your career in revolutionizing the energy industry? Siemens Energy and Pro Integris are looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join our team in Croatia, at either our Split or Zagreb locations. As a Junior Energy System Modeller, you will be instrumental in supporting energy transformation projects within Siemens Energy’s Grid Consulting service. You will work closely with experienced consultants and global teams in the US, UK, Germany, and Australia, acquiring practical skills and specialized training in modern energy modelling tools and market analysis.
Located in Split, Zagreb or Osijek (Croatia), you will be a part of the team of Pro Integris d.o.o. who is the 100% Siemens Energy subsidiary/legal entity.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Support energy system modeling for worldwide projects, employing premier software like Hitachi Promod and Plexos (training included)
- Work together with teams in Croatia, the US, UK, Germany, and Australia to provide technical and economic analyses for utilities, regulators, developers, and investors
- Assist with energy and ancillary market forecasting for different regions
- Contribute to cases, techno-economic studies, and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and external partners

What You Bring:
- You are freshly graduated in fields like engineering, mathematics, economics, computing, or related rigors are encouraged to apply
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background or exposure to operations, energy system modeling, renewable energy, or market analysis
- Familiarity with Hitachi Promod and/or Plexos is highly desirable
- Expertise in power system modelling is also advantageous, though not crucial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities in a business environment, are important, with proficiency in English required
- You should be capable of working effectively in diverse, international teams and demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and travel as needed
