Salesforce Developer (m/ž)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Lightning ecosystem. Lead or contribute to Salesforce platform projects, including system configuration, customization, and development 2. Design and develop solutions using Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Framework, SLDS, and Flow 3. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST API, SOAP API, and External Services 4. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support package-based deployments 5. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and team members to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions 6. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance 7. Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new releases, and platform capabilities 8. Configure and manage role hierarchy, sharing rules, and object-level security to ensure appropriate data access across business units 9. Define and enforce profile and permission set strategies to support secure and scalable user access

1. 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience in complex environments 2. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud 3. Hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, SLDS, and Flow Builder 4. Proven experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (REST/SOAP APIs, etc.) 5. At least 2 years of experience in package-based development and CI/CD pipeline implementation 6. Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred) 7. Salesforce Administrator (Preferred)
