As our IT Support Team is constantly growing, we are always on the lookout for IT Technicians from anywhere in Croatia.
As an IT Technician, you'll be providing technical support and superior customer service to end-users across the US via phone, email, and remote access. No two days will be the same - you'll be challenged and engaged every step of the way! On any given day, you might be helping a small office with their Wi-Fi setup, and half an hour later you might be troubleshooting an enterprise-grade network for a 9-story building. As you progress, you will occasionally also have the opportunity to participate in dynamic and exciting client-focused projects and onboarding experiences!
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Communicate directly with end-users from all over the USA, using different channels (phone, email)
- Configure and manage end-user IT equipment, such as workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and/or other devices
- Set up and configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, installations, updates of software, etc.
- Troubleshoot various end-user issues with their local desktop, peripherals, and virtual workstations
- Troubleshoot various Server related issues
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex or client-wide issues
- Document processes, reported issues, and solutions
