BIM Technician (m/f)

This is a full-time role for a BIM Technician at DCT in Zagreb, Croatia. DCT is looking to expand our team with personnel with an MEP background with knowledge and understanding of the BIM process. Roles and Responsibilities: - Development of models, drawings and reports in line with company requirements, company internal standards, Client standards and following project schedule - Manage in-house model control, model productions and drawing schedules, ensuring proper project tracking - Formal communication with sub-contractors, client consultants, and general contractors to ensure correct project requirements and deadlines - Responsible for production of 3D construction models from base information - Implementation and proper use of CDE (Common Dana Enviroments) - Assist in the implementation of 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D tools - Ensure continual improvement and development of integrated management system, looking at new and future technologies - Ensure compliance to Company EHS, QA/QC policies and systems - Clash management on all required projects and systems assigned

Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in the use of the AEC Suite package when modeling project solutions in the field of electrical installations of low and high voltage, water supply, sewage and ventilation, advanced knowledge of the BIM process, ISO 19650 standards and the English language. We also value: - Knowledge of working in the AutoDesk package (Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Revizto...) - Creation of 2D plans from Revit/CAD files - Ability to read and understand MEP related diagrams/schematics - Coordination of MEP installations with other disciplines - Production of the progress report on a weekly basis - Preparation of technical documentation for Design/Construction/As-Built stage - The ability to set up a Revit project in accordance with standards, as well as the ability to create Revit elements (Families) - Knowledge of MEP installations - Previous work experience in a similar work environment - Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoDesk AEC, Synchro 4D ) - The ability to work independently and in a team within given deadlines - Minimum work experience: 0-2 years
