Deputy General Manager (m/ž)

As Deputy General Manager, you will support the General Manager in the operational, strategic, and financial leadership of INP Croatia. You will take responsibility for key business areas and actively contribute to the further development of the organization, business performance, and operational excellence. This position is designed as a key management role with a clear long-term development perspective within the company. Job description: - Support and represent the General Manager in operational and strategic matters - Shared responsibility for the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and results - Operational leadership and further development of Engineering, Project Management, and/or Sales functions (depending on profile) - Optimization of processes, resource planning, and project execution - Close cooperation with INP Deutschland and other INP Group entities - Support in bid strategies, contract negotiations, and key customer or project engagements - Contribution to strategic business development and market expansion - Ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and cost requirements across ongoing projects

- University degree in engineering (automation, electrical, process, or related discipline), ideally complemented by business or management qualifications - Several years of experience in a senior or management role within an engineering, industrial, or project-driven environment - Strong technical background in industrial automation, process control systems, instrumentation, or power/process industries - Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and complex projects - Strong entrepreneurial mindset with structured, analytical, and results-oriented working style - High decision-making capability and execution strength in a dynamic, project-based environment - Excellent command of English; German language skills are a strong advantage
