Your tasks will be:
- Increase dealership Opel parts and accessories sales, sell-in and sell-out
- Develop and improve dealer outside sales processes, proper use of Opel marketing tools and materials)
- Maximise the customer retention in the area of responsibility
- Develop and grow market opportunities in all channels Accessories, Fleet, Body, Trade, Retail
- Assist dealers with all aspects of customer relations and aftersales
- Work to improve dealer satisfaction in fixed operations
- Provide ad-hoc dealer training / consultation if needed
- Regular review and manage dealer parts purchase loyalty
- Secure participation in Opel parts sales and service programs
- Work as a team with local CCA and new vehicle sales to achieve all KPIs
- Maintain integration and interfaces to support cross-selling opportunities
- Collect, analyse and provide competitive information and challenges both service and parts offers
- Communicate and ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities
- Do all effort to improve Opel Aftersales department’s business results mainly measured by part sales figures
