Growth Marketing Specialist (m/f)

We are currently seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Zagreb. Duties & Responsibilities: - PPC - Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on B2B conversions (MQLs/SQLs) - SEO - Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic from relevant B2B search terms - Management - Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging across the funnel and generate qualified leads - Analytics - Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive data-led improvements - Websites/E-Commerce – Monitor and enhance website performance by identifying drop-off points in the conversion funnel, improving UX, and implementing CRO strategies to increase lead generation

The Ideal Candidate: - Excellent organisational skills - Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role - Fluent in English (all communication is in English, despite the office being in Zagreb) - Outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills - Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO best practices - Experience managing monthly paid media budgets and reporting on ROI - Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Similar industry experience is not a requirement, but a massive plus!
