As a room attendant/chambermaid at LIOQA resort, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort's guest rooms according to the standards. Your primary responsibility is to maximize customer satisfaction by providing neat and clean rooms while delivering efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to guests. All your work will be in line with departmental guidelines and standards.
Your daily tasks and responsibilities include cleaning rooms according to the protocol, managing supplies, replenishing promotional materials and providing discretion and support to guests. You will report and provide support to any unusual circumstances, maintenance requests, or replacement orders.
