Opis posla
As an operator you are part of a team. Together with a fellow operator and several packaging workers, you are responsible for a production line from A to Z. You know how to set up, start up, adjust and convert a machine.
During the day you control the supply of the right raw materials and the result of course!
You identify bottlenecks in the production process and are responsible for resolving simple operational faults.
In case of complex issues, you always have a technical service to which you can fall back. Within the position you will work or in 2 shifts (morning, afternoon) or in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) or in 5 shifts, always with the corresponding remuneration. This depends on your knowledge and experience as to which department you fit in best.
What will you do?
- Installation, start-up, adjustment and conversion of machines
- Control of the supply of the right raw materials and the result of the final product
- Solving simple operational failures
- Quality and quantity guarantee

Required Qualifications:
Who are you?
- You have technical insight and 1 year of experience in a similar role
- It is an advantage if you have experience in food
- You have attention to detail and are precise
- Possession of a valid driving license B
- You have a good knowledge of the English language
- The employer can provide employment only to candidates with EU citizenship

- Salary €16.18 gross per hour (benefits: 2 shifts +112.50%, 3 shifts +118.50%)
- Salary €15.82 gross per hour (benefit 5 shifts +128.00%)
- 40 working hours per week

- We will pick you up from the airport
- We will help you apply for the RNI (tax number) and Dutch health insurance
- We provide you with a home as close as possible to work. We offer a private room in a house with your colleagues. The cost of rent is around €200 per week and includes water, electricity, gas and internet.
- We take care of the transport by finding you a car (either personal or shared with your roommates)
- Travel expenses to and from work are covered (fuel card)
- The respective employment contract is signed one day before your departure for the Netherlands (it is in English)
