- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance support, administration, operations, logistics, procurement, or a similar role
- Very good command of English (written and spoken), as daily communication and correspondence with international customers and partners is an essential part of the role
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Organized and structured way of working with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and working across teams
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Experience working in an international business environment and familiarity with import/export activities are considered an advantage
