CORTIZO is a leading company in the aluminium and PVC profile manufacturing sector for architecture and industry. As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for a Finance & Administration Assistant to join our Zagreb branch office.
Based in our Zagreb office, the selected candidate will be responsible for administrative and accounting tasks, including:
- Tax preparation and filing
- Accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Monthly and annual account closing processes
- Payroll control and support
- Invoicing, orders and proforma management
- Administrative support to the Sales Department
Vrsta poslaStalni radni odnos
Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
- Advanced level of English
- Spanish will be considered an asset
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting tools/software
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented profile
- Availability to travel occasionally for training purposes, depending on business needs
