Szallas Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced manager in the travel industry to champion the Croatian inbound offers for Szallas Group. The manager will be a team leader for a group of dedicated travel professionals who do gardening and sales and sales hunting activites, as well as partner management in Croatia to serve Szallas Group’s guests coming from CEE countries (mainly from Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic) via our local OTA sites.
Main responsibilities:
Managing the Croatian team:
- Managing day to day operation of the team in Croatia
- Meetings with the team in Zagreb in every 2 months
- Defining, evaluating the tasks and goals of the team
- Recruitment of new team members
Managing the supply in Croatia:
- Improving the quality of the Croatian inventory
- Increasing the number of bookable partners
- Initiate and lead new developments for the Croatian market
- B2B communication for Croatian partners
- Managing the hr.revngo.com domain
- New commission deals with direct and integrated partners
- Monitoring the market trends in Croatia
- Establishing and nurturing relationship with key partners and organisations connected to Croatia
Managing the customer service:
- Managing the Customer service for guests travelling to Croatia
Cooperating for the demand in HU, PL, CZ, RO:
- Organising the Croatian campaigns with the country marketing teams
- Building continuous marketing communication of the Croatian offers in all countries (outside of the campaigns)
- Including the Croatian inventory in new marketing developments eg. Loyalty program
- Monitoring the market trends from HU, PL, CZ, RO to Croatia
Financial responsibility:
- Managing the personal and other costs in Szallas d.o.o.
- Dual responsibility with the other Country managers in:
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting the results from all countries to Croatia
Managing CRO integrated partners (3 integrated partners):
- Invoicing partners
- Keeping contact with partners
- Keeping contact with product manager for integrated partners (jira ticketing on bugs)
- Strategy for building new partnerships
