As a Creative Chef / Chef de Partie at LIOQA Resort, you will be a key team member, actively contributing to the success of our culinary operations. Working closely with the kitchen staff and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that elevate our resort to new heights. Job Description: - Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality cuisine, adhering to established standards of excellence - Contribute to the creation of diverse menus, showcasing creativity and utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients to cater to a variety of tastes - Support kitchen operations by efficiently managing resources, including inventory, equipment, and staffing, to optimize productivity - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a guest-centric approach, aiming to delight our guests through memorable culinary experiences - Uphold strict standards of hygiene and safety, following food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment - Work as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration to achieve culinary goals - Embrace a results-driven mindset, paying attention to detail and precision in executing culinary tasks

Duration of employment: June - October, with a possibility to make it permanent (when the needs of both sides had been met). You will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes accommodation contribution, health insurance, daily meal allowance, professional training and educational programs with domestic and international experts, and other employee benefits. Salary will be agreed and based on the experience and skills of individual candidates. Minimum rate is 3000€ brutto.
