We are seeking an experienced Google Analytics (GA) / Google Tag Manager (GTM) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of tracking frameworks and data measurement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web analytics, digital marketing metrics, and technical proficiency with GTM, GA4, and related tools to enhance performance tracking and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Analytics Management
- Configure and manage Google Analytics (GA4 and legacy versions)
- Set up custom dashboards, segments, and reports for various stakeholders
- Analyze website and campaign data to provide actionable insights
- Monitor data integrity, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across channels
Google Tag Manager Implementation:
- Create, update, and maintain tracking tags, triggers, and variables in GTM
- Implement event tracking, custom dimensions, and enhanced eCommerce tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GTM deployments
- Coordinate with developers to ensure proper data layer implementation
Data Strategy & Reporting:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to define KPIs
- Develop tracking strategies that align with business goals and marketing campaigns
- Generate regular reports highlighting key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Optimization & Troubleshooting:
- Conduct audits to identify tracking gaps and areas of optimization
- Stay updated with the latest Google Analytics and GTM changes and best practices
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in analytics setups
- Provide support for A/B testing by implementing and monitoring experiments
