Opis posla
As a Naval Architect / Structural Shipbuilding Engineer, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle – from concept and design to delivery and modification. In close collaboration with your teammates in Croatia and our Dutch headquarters, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing vessels based on operational and functional requirements
- Producing construction and arrangement drawings, structural calculations, classification and workshop documentation
- Collaborating with the production team and supporting suppliers and subcontractors
- Using 2D/3D software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Cadmatic
- Performing 3D Beam and FEA calculations
- Supporting sales teams with 3D renderings and visuals
- Ensuring designs meet all classification and regulatory standards
- Staying involved throughout the production process to ensure seamless execution
- Reporting to the Engineering & Project Management leadership both in Rijeka and in the Netherlands

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine
- Degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (entry-level applicants with the right mindset are also welcome)
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Cadmatic)
- Strong communication skills in English
- A hands-on, proactive attitude and a passion for shipbuilding as we’re very passionate about it, too
