Sales Representative (m/f)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia. The Sales Representative will identify and build relationships with potential clients, present and sell FEIN products, provide technical advice, and demonstrate the value of our tools to customers. The role involves managing existing client accounts, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: - Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Account Management - Technical knowledge or familiarity with industrial or power tools and the ability to provide product demonstrations - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related tools - Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for client visits - Relevant industry experience or knowledge of the metalworking sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage Requirements: - The employer can provide employment only to Croatian citizenship - The job requires the use of your own vehicle - Technical experience and B2B background - Excellent communication and independent work style - Native in Croatian and fluent in English or German Additional conditions: - Metal industry technical knowledge - CRM experience - Good interpersonal insight
