Sales & Product Manager (m/f)

Orvas Travel Group, one of leading agencies in luxury travel experiences, is expanding Destination Management Company (DMC) department and looking for a Sales & Product Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about tailor-made travel programs and authentic itineraries, with a strong knowledge of Croatia and Slovenia (knowledge of other neighboring countries is a plus), this role is for you! As part of our DMC team, you will: - Design and deliver bespoke travel programs and authentic experiences across Croatia, Slovenia, and the wider region - Manage inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings and long-term client relationships - Oversee operations from planning to flawless execution (suppliers, guides, hotels, drivers, etc.) - Actively seek new partnerships and experiences to enrich our portfolio - Collaborate closely with clients and partners, ensuring world-class service every step of the way - Proactively identify and manage sales opportunities, achieving set business goals Location: Hybrid – Zagreb office & remote.

What we’re looking for - Minimum 3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or event management - Strong knowledge of Croatia and Slovenia (neighboring countries are a plus) - Proven ability to create and manage personalized travel itineraries - Fluent English (another foreign language is an advantage) - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Solid sales experience in B2B/B2C environments, ideally within premium or luxury travel - IT literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools) - A team player with a passion for authentic experiences and a strong client-service mindset
