We are looking for a Naval Architect for hull structural design to join our team in Pula, Croatia.
Naval Architects at Flow Ship Design work on concept and basic design of various projects and vessel types.
Typical work comprehends:
- Concept design of new vessels
- General arrangements
- Technical specifications
- Statutory documentation
- Stability
- Hull form design
- Structural calculations according to hull class rules and regulation
- Usage of classifications societies’ calculation software (ex. MARS, Nauticus Hull, 3D Beam)
- 3D modelling of hull structural elements (NAPA Steel)
- Finite Elements Analysis
- Hull classification drawings
- Quality control
- Project management
Depending on your capabilities and experience, work tasks will be assigned accordingly with the aim of improving and widening your knowledge and skills to work and different projects.
Different projects may include travel and on-site work from a couple of days up to 1-2 months.
