Your tasks:
- Support to the Service Area Manager for Service Budget and P&L clarification;
- Manage site teams to ensure that they carry out their work effectively, safely and to the required standard as well as reviewing performance;
- Responsible for cost control and stock levels;
- Responsible for HSE in their respective service area, implementing internal and external regulations as required to ensure HSE compliance;
- Responsible for operational performance of their respective service area by ensuring availability of WTG;
- Use Operational data to monitor team, individuals’ and farm performance and take action as appropriate to share successes, address shortfalls and make improvements;
- Ensure a smooth handover from PM to Service after energisation;
- Make business planning for new service points/activities in case of growth in the area or needed relocation due to business development;
- Management of large operations (such as gearbox exchange) and improvement initiatives;
- Follow-up on customer complaints with regard to Service Technician performance and quality of work;
