Product Senior Architect (m/f)

We are currently seeking a Product Architect to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia! Product Architect in Product Engineering develops design of architectural project to satisfy all required inputs and requirements to produce sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing building design. Models design in Revit and prepares standard architectural documentation like plans, sections, elevation views, details, 3D views, doors schedule, bills of material and material submittals. Architect sets building architectural layers and performs basic calculation for thermal protection of the building. Possess understanding of building layer selection (thermal insulation, fire rating, material certificates) with tendency to later demonstrates proficiency in fire-proofing design and building layers selection and independency in solving details. Has basic to intermediate knowledge about relevant European, international, and other standards related to architectural engineering. Developing architectural design of modular buildings (small/medium scale) in Revit (AutoCAD only as support) as beginner software user, produces project documentation. Architect participates on engineering coordinations. Develops skills and knowledge through internal and external education. Architect will be part of young team of engineers with a lot of knowledge in various disciplines. What kind of work will you be doing? - Development of architectural project documentation based on input data (information, requirements, standards) - Development of architectural 3D model design, thermal transmittance calculations, architectural floor plans, sections, dimensions, detail drawings of thermal and fire insulation, descriptions, instructions, material requirements, presentations, and marketing materials, etc. - Follow and consider international, national, and company standards, as well as good engineering practices - Applying knowledge and experience to meet the requirements set by the project tasks - Participation in the initial meeting, regular project team meetings, client meetings, and coordination meetings on-site - Reporting project status to the lead project engineer - Proactive collaboration with all team members during project execution - Coordination of the architectural team on medium and high-complexity projects - Initiating Requests for Information (RFI) when additional clarification is needed - Preparation of defined documents according to the document list (DLIST) - Preparation of workshop documentation - Review and approval of workshop documentation prepared by subcontractors - Determining the list of materials and services required for project execution - Specification of required certificates for materials to be ordered - Supporting suppliers with additional information during the procurement phase (tender submission) - Providing technical approval for received supplier offers - Providing technical support to subcontractors and installers during production/installation - Cooperation with the production team and the implementation team on-site - Cooperation with the site manager during installation, providing technical solutions to raised issues - Cooperation with Quality Control during the inspection of components/systems and on-site installation - Cooperation with the commissioning engineer in the preparation of test documentation - Participation in internal testing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing
