Finance Expert (m/ž)

We are looking for a Finance Expert who will take over responsibilities of key finance processes in EuroTeleSites Croatia finance vertical. Job responsibilities - Support local ETS management, business counterparts and relevant ETS Group departments in key financial matters - Executing main controlling processes (planning and analysis - preparation of the business plan and budget (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet) & analysis of performance - Managing cash flow, working capital and related planning, reporting, control and improvement processes for the ETS cluster of countries - Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia - Identifying and executing improvement potentials in margins and driving cost, lease and capex savings initiatives - Cooperating with other cluster and group experts regarding knowledge transfer, work on special projects, etc. The position reports to the EuroTeleSites Croatia d.o.o. Finance Team Leader.

- A degree in Finance/Economics/Business administration - Strong experience in an expert financial role - Solid expertise in controlling (ideally accompanied with couple of years of professional experience in treasury) - Conversant with SOX & respective reporting. - Ex big-4 experience is an advantage - Experienced user knowledge of SAP, MS Office (advanced Excel), familiarity with PBI/visualization tools is an advantage - Your attitude is positive and solution oriented - You have a strong capability to think strategically - Pragmatism and result orientation are essential for you - You are fluent in English language - You are experienced in communication in all levels/areas of the organization - You can drive group initiatives with heterogeneous teams under the same goal That makes you unique - Drive and the willingness to “move mountains”!
