We are looking for an HR Employee Engagement & Communication Specialist to strengthen internal communication, foster a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee experience across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees feel informed, connected, and engaged with our mission, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with the regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications
- Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) on a regular basis and upon request/special projects
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support communication, culture initiatives, employee development, and internal mobility programs
- Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting the YEMEA framework
- Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones
- Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values
