Here's what you'll do:
As an IT Technician, you'll be providing technical support and superior customer service to end-users across the US via phone, email, and remote access.
No two days will be the same - you'll be challenged and engaged every step of the way! On any given day, you might be helping a small office with their Wi-Fi setup, and half an hour later you might be troubleshooting an enterprise-grade network for a 9-story building. As you progress, you will occasionally also have the opportunity to participate in dynamic and exciting client-focused projects and onboarding experiences!
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Communicate directly with end-users from all over the USA, using different channels (phone, email)
- Configure and manage end-user IT equipment, such as workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and/or other devices
- Set up and configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, installations, updates of software, etc.
- Troubleshoot various end-user issues with their local desktop, peripherals, and virtual workstations
- Troubleshoot various Server related issues
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex or client-wide issues
- Document processes, reported issues, and solutions
