Soldered Electronics is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to lead direct sales of our products to Business and Enterprise customers globally. You get the leads and your work is to close them. The deals you close end in large orders, hundreds of units of the same product, often thousands. Sometimes the conversation opens the door to selling our EMS (manufacturing) service as well, but that is a secondary focus, not the primary one.
This is not an order-taking role, it's rather very proactive. You own the relationship from the first conversation to the closed deal, and your success is measured by customer satisfaction and the deal size. The rest of the team covers product development, manufacturing, and operations; your territory is only the B2B sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct sales of Soldered products to international Business and Enterprise customers
- Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, close, and handover to operations
- Closing large orders (hundreds to thousands of units) of standard or customer-adapted products
- Representing Soldered at international trade shows, conferences, and customer visits
- Maintaining a clean, accurate pipeline and reliable forecast in the CRM
KPIs:
The following KPIs define success for this role. We don't expect them on day one, but these are the targets you will be measured against:
- Within 2 months: First customer meeting booked
- Within 3 months: Full understanding of Soldered's product and service portfolio, capable of presenting it clearly to any audience
- Within 12 months: 250,000 EUR of closed revenue
- Continuously: CRM hygiene - All opportunities logged within 24 hours of first contact; pipeline stages updated weekly; quarterly forecast accuracy within 15% of actual
