- Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, as well as ad hoc reports for the needs of the Group, Owners, lenders
- Preparation of consolidation and consolidated financial statement
- Monitoring of actual development as well as forecast against budgets (projects, overheads, investments)
- Cooperation with managers of other departments of the company and countries inside the Group
- Active monitoring of results, timely and accurate reporting to management
- Creating reports that monitor the status of individual projects or departments in order to identify potential problems and take action to prevent further issues
