Our business is growing and we are therefore looking for a person to assist our Content Management and Customer Support team.
Content Management
The main responsibility related to Content Management is editing, collecting, and uploading files to the web portal, MarineRegulations. The work also covers investigating and discovering new document categories, as well as quality control of data and documents.
Customer Support
DanDocs is a reseller of maritime e-books. The main responsibility related to Customer Support is processing orders for e-books, included but not limited to receiving inquiries, sending quotations, ordering e-books and issuing invoices.
Customer support also covers e-mail communication in English with clients. This would mainly be helping them setting up and using our web portal, MarineRegulations, as well as replying whatever questions they may have.
Customer support also consists of Account Management and your could therefore also be involved in creating and updating client accounts for our web portal, MarineRegulations.
