Waiter & Head Waiter (m/f)

Radisson Blu Resort & SPA Split is looking for a proficient Waiter/Waitress who will have the responsibility to offer an exceptional experience to hotel guests. The successful candidate has to have the capability to take orders and deliver effectively beverages and food, maintaining at the same time enhanced quality standards for our guests. The candidate must be able to create a pleasant and welcoming environment, at all times, and constantly display feelings of positivity and calmness. Responsabilities - Deliver services of exceptional quality that increase guest satisfaction - Organize table settings and maintain tables dirt-free and tidy - Taking orders and serving - Pleasant interaction with guests - Deliver checks and receive payments - Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage/H&S regulations
