We’re looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily payments and manage money transfers
- Post and reconcile statements for multiple bank accounts and process offsets
- Record incoming invoices and ensure timely posting
- Prepare and issue outgoing invoices for goods and services
- Calculate, process, and reimburse travel and other employee expenses
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping of goods in stock
- Manage bookkeeping and records of fixed assets
- Perform accounting reconciliations with suppliers and customers

Qualifications you bring:
- Secondary education or University degree, preferably in accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with financial systems and ERP software (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and proactivity.
- Exceptional attention to detail, striving for accuracy and precision in your work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Croatian and English.
- High ethical standards and a strong work ethic.
- Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-growing and dynamic work environment.
