AI/ML Engineer (m/f)

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and loves building innovative solutions. As part of Emovis’ growing technology team, you will work with state-of-the-art AI models and technologies that shape the future of smart mobility and digital transformation. Whether developing our own AI products or creating machine learning solutions for our global clients, you will play a key role in driving innovation and applying cutting-edge research to real-world business challenges. Responsibilities: - Build and maintaine LLM based AI agents. - Build upon foundational large language models to create domain-specific and business-focused solutions. - Manage and maintain AI/ML infrastructure, ensuring efficient development, testing, and deployment of models. - Monitor model performance in production, optimizing for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. - Stay updated on the latest research in the AI/ML field and propose new AI-driven products and tools. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent systems into Emovis’ global technology solutions. Location: Split (Hybrid).

Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or relevant software engineering roles. - Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face). - Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar. - Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques, synthetic data generation, and prompt engineering - Experienced in designing and implementing AI agent architectures - Strong communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. - Fluency in English (spoken and written). Desired: - Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment environments (experience with Vertex AI, Kubernetes, or GCP is a plus). - Experience with FastAPI or other Python web frameworks. - Experience in development production grade RAG agents If you’re an AI/ML engineer who loves challenges, innovation, and the freedom to create - we’d love to meet you.
