We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to own and grow DIGMATIX's presence in the Adriatic market. This is a hands-on builder role. You will personally drive marketing execution end to end, from campaigns and content to events and reporting. You will have support from outsourced specialists (performance ads, design, group marketing), but you are the main owner and executor. This role requires someone who connects marketing activity directly to sales pipeline and revenue.
What you will own:
- Digital presence
- Plan and drive digital advertising across social media, Performance Ads, and SEO/GEO to maximize reach and generate qualified leads
- Own and continuously manage the DIGMATIX website for the Adriatic region, including landing pages and local content
- Create and execute content that speaks to decision-makers and supports demand generation (articles, landing pages, sales content, newsletters)
- Run regional long- and short-term marketing campaigns that directly support sales pipeline targets
- Track performance, KPIs, and turn data into concrete optimization actions
- Events and market engagement
- Fully own the regional events calendar and execute it hands-on. Plan and deliver conferences, roundtables, webinars, workshops, and partner events
- Coordinate logistics, content, promotion, and follow-up for every event
- Work directly with Microsoft and other partners on joint events and co-marketing initiatives
- Represent DIGMATIX at key industry forums and build our visibility in relevant professional networks
- Brand awareness and thought leadership
- Define and drive DIGMATIX's brand positioning in the Adriatic market
- Build thought leadership through targeted content, case studies, newsletters, expert content, and media presence
- Monitor competitors and market trends, turning insights into positioning decisions
- Work closely with Sales, leadership, and HR to align marketing with business growth and employer branding
