Project Manager Content Factory (m/f)

Leave your footprint. As our Project Manager for our Content Factory, you will be responsible for our content factory and other projects that involve leading and working together with freelancers. You are creating briefs, reviewing and creating content for our Linkedin posts, email marketing campaigns and slack newsletters, translating briefs, setting up paid campaigns on various platforms, like Google Ads, Reddit and LinkedIn. Project Management: You will be managing a team of freelancers and make sure that the content factory and other projects involving freelancers flow smoothly and efficiently. You are managing complex projects and leading people by influence. Content and Marketing Expertise: You are responsible for creating briefs, reviewing content created by freelancers, and providing feedback. You are translating briefs from the development team into clear, effective communication for the final user and compile this into briefs for freelancers. You are responsible for creating simpler content pieces such as LinkedIn posts, email marketing campaigns, and Slack newsletters. Paid Campaigns Management: You will be in charge of setting up paid campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Reddit and LinkedIn.

Project Management: Hard Skills: - 3-5 years experience with various project management tools Soft Skills: - Attention to detail - Time management - Leadership - Problem-solving - Adaptability Content and Marketing Expertise: Hard Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in content creation, ideally in a SAAS/ B2B environment - Basic to intermediate marketing strategy knowledge - Basic content creation experience Soft Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication - Paid Campaigns Management: Hard Skills: - Experiences with Google, Reddit and LinkedIn Campaigns - Ability to create and manage budgets for paid campaigns - Solid understanding of different advertising platform Fast Learner: - Able to gain a deep understanding of our products & learn our tools (Monday.com.) - Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools - Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning - Flexibility to adapt to new processes and technologies Have an impact.
