BIM Technician (m/f)

At Digital Construction Technologies Group d.o.o., we transform project data into accurate BIM models that support construction and as-built documentation. As part of the international DCT Group, you’ll work on international, multi-disciplinary projects, developing and maintaining 3D models, supporting clash detection, and contributing to project documentation. We are expanding our team and looking for a BIM Technician with a civil or MEP background who focuses on model development, technical accuracy, and documentation workflows. Roles and responsibilities: - Develop 3D construction models, drawings, and reports in line with company and client standards and project schedule - Manage in-house model control, production schedules, and project tracking - Communicate with subcontractors, client consultants, and general contractors to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met - Implement and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) standards - Assist in the implementation of 3D and 4D tools - Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues - Support construction and as-built documentation workflows - Contribute to continual improvement and adoption of new BIM technologies - Ensure compliance with Company EHS, QA/QC policies, and systems

Stručna sprema: University degree or higher professional education in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Digitalne vještine: Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto Jezik: Fluent in Croatian and English (C1), with strong written and verbal skills. Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in the use of the AEC Suite package when modeling project solutions in the field of electrical installations of low and high voltage, water supply, sewage and ventilation, advanced knowledge of the BIM process, ISO 19650 standards and the English language. Requirements: - Experience with BIM tools: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revizto, Bluebeam, Synchro 4D - Ability to read and understand MEP diagrams and schematics - Experience coordinating MEP installations with other disciplines - Experience producing progress reports and preparing technical documentation for Design, Construction, and As-Built stages - Knowledge of MEP installations - Previous experience in a similar BIM/engineering environment - Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach - Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams within deadlines - Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Autodesk AEC suite
