Opis posla

- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product issues - Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat - Support customers over the phone during hotline hours - Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system - Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers - Communicate exclusively in the customer’s native language

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

- Fluent in German / Dutch / Swedish / Danish / Finnish / Czech (B2-C1 level) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus - Reliable, solution-oriented, and a great team player - Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
