Video Editor / Producer (m/ž)

We are seeking a creative, organised and dynamic Video Editor / Producer to join our marketing team. You’ll create informative, inspiring and captivating stories via video, helping Sail Croatia to stay on top of trends and connect with our audience in a fresh and creative way. As a Video Editor / Producer, you will play a key role in planning, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content across multiple platforms. From social media content and website banners to short documentaries and advertising campaigns, you’ll manage projects from concept to final cut. Your responsibilities will span pre-production planning, on-location filming, the coordination of videographers and post-production editing. Key Responsibilities: - Content Ideation: Develop creative concepts for videos across social media, advertisements, short documentaries, and promotional materials - Production Planning: Plan filming schedules, locations, and crew requirements - Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams to align video goals with marketing strategies - Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for video projects - Filming & Photography: Film on-location during seasonal shoots and provide photography support when needed - Editing: Consistently produce and deliver high-quality video content using Adobe Creative Cloud software - Adaptability: Adjust projects based on company feedback and shifting priorities

- 2-5 years of experience in video production & filming - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) - Strong project management and organisational skills - Ability to balance creative vision with realistic execution - Enthusiasm and passion for storytelling and digital content creation - Willingness to travel and participate in seasonal filming requirements - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
