WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least, 2+ years of experience in high-performance sales
- Identify, target, and negotiate with Top 100 strategic restaurant leads to join the delivery platform on terms favorable to the company.
- Analyze restaurant P&L, margins, and cost structures to craft compelling, data-driven partnership proposals.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and pitches to C-level executives and business owners, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel regularly across Croatia to meet potential partners and strengthen market presence.
- Maintain a proactive, results-driven approach with the resilience to never take “no” for an answer.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment, seizing new opportunities and solving challenges on the spot.
- Use sales tools (Salesforce) , Google Workspace, and MS Office (especially Excel) to manage pipeline, analyze data, and report results.
- Represent the company with an empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude, ensuring long-term partner satisfaction and growth.
