Medicinski predstavnik / Medical Sales Representative (m/f)

Aicore Consumer Croatia is looking for a Medical Representative (m/f), based in Rijeka and Osijek regions, that will promote unique herbal medicines OTC portfolio of phyto-pharmaceutical German company Bionorica, with famous brand Sinupret, as well as current and future Aicore growing brands. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Perform individual visits and double visits (with direct manager) to doctors, pharmacists, and other customers in order to promote Aicore portfolio, according to marketing strategy - Keep up-to-date database of physicians and pharmacies in the assigned territories - Daily activities carried out (visits to doctors, pharmacies) in accordance with company policies under the direct guidance of supervisor - Organize and conduct company product presentations to customers within the assigned budget - Actively participate in the company meetings and other events planned by the company according to plan

Qualifications: - Biology, bio - and food processing technology, veterinary, biomedicine, health related studies - Work experience of at least 1 year in the position of medical sales representative in pharmaceutical industry, with good knowledge of terrain and clients in Rijeka (Kvarner, Gorski Kotar and Istra) and Osijek (Slavonia) - High level of computer literacy (CRM database and MS Office) - Fluent English - B category driving license and active driver - car will be your "office" We expect you to show: - Excellent communication and selling skills - An outgoing and persuasive manner and the ability to deal with people who may have different beliefs or values - Confidence and persistence - Patience and self-motivation - Analytical and planning skills - A flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes - Strong teamwork and networking skills - Commercial and business awareness - Ready for continuous learning
