Join us as an English-Speaking Customer Services Representative!

In this role, you will:

Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone calls
Listen actively, empathize, and resolve inquiries efficiently
Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed to ensure smooth resolution
Work in a structured, high-volume environment using multiple systems
Be part of a fast-paced, full-time 24/7 shift system (Monday–Sunday, 00–24h)
Enjoy a hybrid working model, working from home anywhere in Croatia after successfully completing an initial onboarding period held in our Osijek or Zagreb office
Be available to start on short notice, depending on business needs

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 or higher level);
Friendly, empathetic attitude with strong communication and active listening skills;
Ability to multitask while assisting guests and maintain professionalism at all times;
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
Solid computer skills and quick adaptability to new tools and processes;
Positive mindset with eagerness to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
