Outbound Call Center Agents (m/f)

We are looking for motivated and professional Outbound Call Center Agents to join our remote team! This position involves supporting a project in the field of dental supplementary insurance, focusing on telephone-based consultations and new customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls and provide initial consultations for dental insurance products - Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable insurance tariff options - Use the provided calculation tool to compare different tariff plans - Inform customers about insurance benefits (dental prosthetics, implants, prophylaxis, etc.) - Record customer information, interests, and call results - Complete after-call documentation (max. 30 seconds) and send follow-up offers All leads are pre-qualified with documented consent for telephone contact.

Requirements - German proficiency at C1–C2 level (spoken & written) - Previous call center or sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory) - Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette - Strong motivation and results-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently from home - Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment - Discipline to follow scripts and quality guidelines
