AML OFFICER (m/f/d)

You will

Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations in the field of prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, FATCA, CRS and international restrictive measures (sanctions)
Monitor all relevant regulations and their changes, and making all information available to other employees
Enforce anti-money laundering and the financing of terrorism regulations, FATCA, CRS and international restrictive measures (sanctions)
Ensure appropriate risk classification of parties
Implement customer due diligence measures, verification of PEP and sanctions lists, supervise customer identification and implement risk-based supervision of clients
Develop and update the processes in the field of prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, FATCA, CRS and international restrictive measures (sanctions)
Develop and implement internal control systems related to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, FATCA, CRS and international restrictive measures (sanctions)
Do internal and external reporting to relevant authorities/bodies
Participate in different trainings and UNIQA Group meetings, and cooperate with the UNIQA Group Authorized Person, Internal Audit, Management and employees
Fill reports on suspicions of money laundering and terrorist financing as a contact person for communication with public authorities
Implement and prepare internal trainings in the field of competence
Take all other actions in accordance with the applicable positive regulations and internal acts of the Company in the field of prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, FATCA, CRS and international restrictive measures (sanctions)

You have

Bachelor’s degree – legal, economic or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, FATCA, CRS and sanctions
Additional AML/CFT and compliance certification (e.g. Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist - CAMS) is desirable
Knowledge of relevant software tools and systems for monitoring and analyzing financial transactions
Experience in identifying and managing risks related to financial transactions
Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to develop strategies for the prevention and detection of money laundering and terrorist financing
Strong communication skills, analytical and precise
Excellent English knowledge - spoken and written
