To ensure smooth operation of our accommodation facilities and optimize procurement processes, we are looking for a responsible and well-organized individual for the position of:
Facility & Procurement Coordinator (m/f).
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
- Organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the maintenance of all employee accommodation facilities (technical and communal maintenance)
- Regular field visits to facilities – preventive actions and urgent interventions
- Understanding and applying legal regulations related to housing conditions and safety in accommodation facilities
- Cooperation with contractors, service providers, janitors, and other relevant stakeholders
- Keeping records of facilities, issues, interventions, and maintenance costs
- Resolving operational issues in accommodations – quick thinking and problem-solving on the go
Procurement:
- Planning and executing procurement processes for company needs (equipment for facilities, office supplies, technical goods, etc.)
- Negotiating with suppliers and optimizing costs and delivery quality
- Monitoring inventory levels and timely ordering of required materials
- Keeping records of orders, expenses, and deliveries
- Collaborating with internal departments to understand and fulfill their needs in a timely manner
