What you´ll do

Establish and grow brands, responsible for (strive for segment leadership) in CEE markets in close co-operation with regional GM, Marketing and Education departments

Lead and guarantee effective and efficient business cooperation with CEE distributors to:

Achieve KP/IP targets for each single country and brand (turnover)
Ensure the implementation of the local marketing, sales and service strategies (in accordance with overall company targets)
Build equity and consumer value of Henkel brands based on agreed strategies
Actively develop proposals (e.g. processes and promotion ideas) to improve the business based on customer and market insights

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor degree - preferably management, economics, etc.
2-5 years of working experience
Good negotiations skills, communication, strategic thinking, business strategy, business development, social media knowledge
Fast learner, independent, proactive, self-initiative
Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English
