Fleet Sales Manager (m/f)

Michael Page is recruiting for a Fleet Sales Manager on behalf of our client, Alcoa Wheels - the global leader in forged aluminium heavy-duty truck wheels. Since 1948, they have advanced the transportation industry with the first forged aluminium wheel and have been reinventing it ever since. Key Responsibilities: - Developing strategies and implementing action plans to increase the use of Alcoa aluminium wheels for Commercial Vehicle (Truck, Bus, Trailer) versus steel wheels by convincing transportation fleets - Working with our distributors to develop business opportunities - You will be primarily accountable to develop the fleets at all levels and to convince these contacts to purchase Alcoa wheel products - You will maintain contact to the tyre, suspension, axle and wheel attachment manufacturers and truck and trailer dealers

Requirements: - University degree or equivalent by experience - Technical sales experience with high value products - Negotiation experience in tough situations, both with internal and external groups - Proactive, results driven and hunting sales skills - Language skills: native Croatian, excellent Slovenian and very good English
