Core responsibilities: - Preparing and verifying incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, and other supporting documentation - Assisting in cost tracking analyses - Supporting the Finance Manager in reporting and compliance tasks - Communicating and coordinating with the external accounting office - Staying up to date with internal procedures and basic financial regulations - Other administrative tasks
